Order and payment must be made by Tuesday, September 27, to be included with this year's order. Mom & Me registration deadline is September 30! Friday, September 27, is the last day for early registration for Mom & Me campout at Camp Dierks, near Wright City, OK. Orders and money must be turned in to the NeTSeO Trails Council office by that date or additional charges will apply. Most of our Moms seem to trying for the first weekend, Oct. 8, because of conflicts with the North Lamar Harvest Festival, but some will definitely go on the Oct. 15 weekend instead. Pack 12 Welcomed New Scouts! During our first Pack meeting of this scouting year, at our place of friendship, Pack 12 cub scouts accepted nearly 40 new man cubs into the Pack to join us on the path to manhood. Akela promised to teach and lead them truely, and the cubs promised to learn: their parents promised to help, and together will will all succeed. Join Cub Scouting Today & Bring a Friend! Each boy that joined Pack 12 and was present at the Sept 10 Orientation Meeting was entered into a drawing for a one-person tent. One of our new Tiger cubs was awarded the tent near the conclusion of the orientation meeting. "Thank You" to Troup 3990 for the donation of the tent to help recruit new cub scouts. Summertime Fun During summer vacation, Pack 12 sloshed around in the lake, played games and made s'mores by the light of torches and over the hot coals of our campfire. We skated at the Family Fun Center and swam in the pool at the Gordon Country Club. But more fun is right around the corner! Join Scouting now! ! !
