Pack Meetings

Pack meetings- The “Pack” is divided into five groups called “Dens”.  Each den will typically contain one grade, and they meet usually two times a month and work on their rank requirements.  All the dens come together once a month and meet as a “Pack”.  These meetings are currently being held at Lamar Avenue Church of Christ in Paris at 6:30 on the second Tuesday of the month.  All family members are encouraged to come.  There is a contest each month to see which den brought the most people!  During the pack meeting we will recognize the boy’s achievements with awards, congratulations, recognition beads, etc.  We also sing special Cub Scout songs that the boys find entertaining and fun.  The boys like to do cheers, skits, tell jokes and just get to act like boys!  This is also where the parents can find out about all the upcoming events.  It is a great place to make friends in other dens, both for boys and parents.  Parents can volunteer to help with activities, just speak to any of the leaders and plug in where you see a need.
