Bridging Over
Spring 2005 This is a cherished occassion for any cub scout, as they advance in rank, but for the second-year Webelos, it is truely the highlight of their cub scouting experience. This is the last thing they ever do as Cub Scouts. From this event onward, they are Boy Scouts. Commonly held at the Blue & Gold Banquet in February or during the End of Year Picnic, the bridging over ceremony recognizes the advancement of each of the scouts as they grow in character and citizenship.
