Den Meetings & Activities
Den Leaders organize and schedule Den Meetings and activities throughout the scouting year. We encourage Dens to meet at least twice a month during the school year.
These are the meetings Cub Scouts love most. Working in small groups and getting hands on experience, Cub Scouts don't even realize the valuable lessons in teamwork, citizenship nor the skills they develop. Scouting promotes themes for each month and many Scout meetings and activities may revolve around these themes. Sometime they are designed to help the Cub Scout advance in rank or earn other recognition at Pack Meetings.
